1) Are the products on Weetooshop in leather and all made in Italy?

All Amobgs products are in leather and manufactured exclusively in Italy, in particular in  Emilia (Bologna). We have been working with both artisans and retailers in the sector for years. We keep in touch with all the companies to ensure quality and transparency to end customers.

2) What are the characteristics of the product I am going to buy?

Handbags undergo special dyeing processes resulting in unpredictable nuances and, sometimes, small differences between one model and another. This gives our handbags the vintage style that is so appreciated and popular today. We can guarantee that our leather goods are manufactured with quality materials.

3) How do you ship items to your customers?

Your purchase is checked carefully before being packed. We guarantee our customers the utmost degree of transparency. Being handcrafted items, if there is a small difference in colour or colour shades (compared to the photo not yet updated before your purchase) you will be contacted and informed of the variation and you will choose if you want to receive your purchase or decide to be immediately refunded.

5) Can I return my purchase?

From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 calendar days to return your purchase to our warehouse! You just have to send us a return request email. Once the product has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, you will be refunded the price of the purchased item. *Shipping charges and remote area surcharges will not be refunded. Return regulation

6) Is return shipping free?

Return shipping costs shall be borne by customers. We do our best to describe our items in detail. We kindly ask you to read product descriptions carefully and details concerning the size of the handbag you are about to purchase. 7) What about product warranty?

If any issues occur that concern our products, we will solve them by replacing or repairing the damaged item. In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
